Please note it may take 48 hours to process your prescription request. If you have arranged for a local pharmacy to collection your prescription please allow up to 72 hours for this to be done.
Bank Holidays: Prescriptions will not be processed during a bank holiday but will be ready for collection 48 hours after the bank holiday (not the day you request them).
You can order your repeat prescription by:
- Filling in the online form via the link at the top of this page.
- Direct line for repeat prescription requests. This is available during practice opening hours. Please call 01294-270889. When the receptionist is away from her desk a message can be left on the answer machine and will be dealt with on her return.
- by emailing us on the following addresses:

It is very important that you give us 48 hours notice of your requirements.

Please note: Emergency “On the Day Prescriptions” will only be issued to patients who suffer from Asthma, Heart Problems, Diabetes, Anti-Coagulants & Palliative Care Patients
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
