Repeat Prescriptions

Prescriptions are no longer received at reception desk. Orders are placed via direct dial tel. 270889 or via website email only. Please be advised our prescription processing times takes 5 working days and it would be best to place your order 7 working days in advance due to peek times when can work a day or two behind.


You can order your repeat prescription by:

  • Filling in the online form via the link at the top of this page.
  • Direct line for repeat prescription requests. This is available during practice opening hours. Please call 01294-270889. When the receptionist is away from her desk a message can be left on the answer machine and will be dealt with on her return.

It is very important that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice of your requirements.

Please note: Emergency “On the Day Prescriptions” will only be issued to patients who suffer from Asthma, Heart Problems, Diabetes, Anti-Coagulants & Palliative Care Patients



Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
